How to Create a Game Recruitment Ad
« on: April 07, 2007, 03:59:47 AM »

When you are looking for players or a GM please use this format in your subject:

Game Title [Game System]

Example: The Long Goodbye [Serenity RPG]

In the body of your post, include the following information:

Game Title: The title of your game.
System: The game system you are using.
Players Wanted: How many players you need.
Expected Posting Rate: Your expected posting rate. (This seems to rarely be what people predict, but at least it helps set a basic expectation.)

The main Players Wanted board is only for ads for games that will be running on PbP House. If you're recruiting for a game that will not be running on PbP House, please place your ad in the Off-Site Recruitment child board.

For now, we're leaving locked recruiting threads in this board. There are advantages and disadvantages to both keeping them here and moving them. If we see that keeping the completed recruiting threads here creates a problem, we may change this policy.

Policy changed...at least for now.  :)
